Hillstone Estates is a small community of 78 homes located in Midlothian, Southwest of Dallas in the DFW Metroplex. Hillstone is located close to Shopping, Dining, Parks and Excellent Schools. Residents enjoy the quietness of a small community, while still able to enjoy the amenities of the new Midlothian Community Park located a block away and close by access to HWY 287.
The Homeowners Association is here to ensure the stability of the community and work to maintain/improve the beauty of the neighborhood. The HOA’s desire is to create a sense of community and belonging and ensure that Homeowners have an avenue to be represented in community concerns.
Homeowners need to register their accounts if they have not already done so, to access the information in the site and to bring forth any issues or concerns they may have for the board to review, resolve or discuss at the next meeting or to access links to appropriate contacts.
